1. Product Pricing and Specification
1.1. Prices and specification of Products in Healthy Nest Marketing Sdn Bhd’s website are subjected to change with / without prior notice.
1.2. Healthy Nest Marketing Sdn Bhd makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the Products advertised in Healthy Nest website are available.
1.3. Healthy Nest Marketing Sdn Bhd accepts payment via credit card and via internet banking. Please refer HOW TO PAY section for bank details.
2. Return Exchange Policy
2.1. If you encounter any quality issues, manufacturing defects, and/ or mistake from our side in supplying either wrong product, wrong brand and/ or wrong quantity from your order, please contact us at 011 20082006. We will give you a choice of a replacement or exchange for your purchase. For all returns, please read the following information clearly. If you do not fully agree or understand the following information, please contact us before purchasing.
3. General Terms
3.1. General Notes
- Please contact us FIRST before returning any item.
- Delivery charges for any return items will be borne by you.
- Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.
- The following items are NEVER returnable: (i) Any item that has been consumed, drank and / or used. (ii) Items that require special delivery
- If you attempt to return an item, which is non-returnable, the item will be delivered back to you, and delivery cost will also be borne by you.
- The following items are ONLY returnable if they are in their UNOPENED and ORIGINAL PACKAGING condition.
3.2. Return/ Exchange Instructions
- Subject to the General Notes above, if something need to be returned, please contact us WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING your item.
- Returns must be sent back to us only via reliable and traceable shipping methods. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Healthy Nest Sdn Bhd will not be liable and responsible for refunding an untraceable packaged item. Refunds are for the cost of merchandise only.
- Refunds/ Exchange generally take 7 working days, however may take up to 4 weeks/ 30 days to complete during peak times.
3.3. When your shipment arrives
- When you receive your item, please open and inspect on the same day as delivered.
- Packaging of item that arrived damaged in transit must be reported to us immediately on the same day. Please note in the delivery consignment note that the packaging of item received shows signs of damage before signing and accepting “goods received in good condition”. This delivery consignment note copy will need to be either emailed or faxed to us.
3.4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. Purchase made with cash, a case refund will be issued. Purchase made with a credit card, a credit will be issued to the original credit card.
- Once we receive your return package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please allow another 2 to 4 business days for the credit to post to your credit card account, and an additional 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear in your billing statement as each bank’s processing time varies. Credit to be issued based on the original amount that was paid for the item excluding shipping fees.
3.5. International Orders
- All international purchases are considered final with no exchange and / or refund which we sincerely apologize.
4. Local delivery (Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia)
4.1. Refunds
- Delivery fee determined by the weight of the package and delivery destination.

4.2. International delivery (from Malaysia to other countries)
- Please contact us at info@healthynest.com.my for determination of eligible country and shipping rate.
- Delivery fee based on box dimension, weight and delivery destination; hence, delivery fee varies from time to time. Any import duties and taxes if applicable will be borne by recipient.
- Customs policies vary from country to country which is beyond our control. Healthy Nest Sdn Bhd will not be held liable and/or responsible to refund after full payment of any orders once paid and/or replaced and/or re-shipped IF items were held up at Customs at destination. It is advisable to check with your local Customs on importation rules & regulations before placing an order.
4.3. Order & Delivery schedule
- Delivery fee for each purchase will be determined by the weight and delivery destination based on the delivery rate and to be paid by the recipient.
- All orders will be delivered via Poslaju or other courier service.
- Orders received for Peninsular Malaysia should arrive within 1- 5 business days according to area after payment is received.
- Orders received for East Malaysia should arrive within 3 - 9 business days according to area after payment is received.
- Orders received for outside of Malaysia will arrive according to courier service schedule.
- No delivery over weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and/ or Public Holiday. Delays in delivering your order might be incurred due to holidays, extreme bad weather or any type of natural disaster.
- No order accepted for delivery to any P.O. Box address.
- Healthy Nest Marketing Sdn Bhd will deliver order to the delivery address specified in the online order form; hence, in the event of any unsuccessful delivery due to either absence in receiving order and / or wrong , incomplete delivery address; Healthy Nest Marketing Sdn Bhd will not be held responsible and/ or bear any cost to re-route and/or to re-deliver parcel. It is therefore important to ensure delivery address filled in the form is correct.
- Healthy Nest Marketing Sdn Bhd will also not be held responsible to refund full payment of order after paid and /or replace products if missing during the re-routing and/ or re-delivery process due to wrong and /or incomplete delivery address given.
- Order cannot be cancelled or changed once transaction is processed and approved.
- Delivery address cannot be changed once order has been processed and arranged for delivery.
4.4. Login Name and Password
- You are solely responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your login name and password to any other person. You shall be responsible for all activities, orders and transactions that occur or submitted under your password. If you have knowledge or suspect that someone else has misused your password, please contact and notify Healthy Nest Marketing Sdn Bhd immediately.
- Healthy Nest Marketing Sdn Bhd shall not be liable and/ or responsible for any fraudulent transaction and/ or any damages and/ or losses should it occur as a result of unauthorized use of your login name and password.
- Healthy Nest Marketing Sdn Bhd will collect personal information when you register. This information is used to enable Healthy Nest Sdn Bhd to process and deliver your order. Information can also be collected to allow Healthy Nest Sdn Marketing Sdn Bhd to send you newsletters and offers, which we feel, would be of particular interest to you.
